Our HTB is sourced from the mountains in North West, China. It is harvested at 2500-3000m elevation in harsh climates.

Yes, HTB is an excellent plant-based protein source.

Soba noodles are made with common buckwheat and wheat flour, with wheat flour being the predominant ingredient to make it cheaper to produce. Many companies often add flavourings and other additives that make noodles unhealthy. Our HTB noodles are exclusively made using HTB flour, konjac, and water.

Our HTB noodles are made from 99% Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat (HTB) flour and 1% konjac flour (to help hold the HTB together). Our goal is to provide the healthiest possible products; thus, we don't dilute our noodles with cheaper additives and wheat flour. Our HTB noodles are dense in nutrients, owing to their near 100% HTB concentration; a small serving can keep you full for longer.
